Membership
Nearly all your family members are eligible to join: your spouse, parents, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, son, daughter, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, niece, and nephew.  BECU membership is something that can be shared with the whole family!  You are also eligible if you live in certain zip codes, or work for certain companies.  Follow the link below for more information.

Automated Phone and Online Services
You can enjoy the convenience of accessing your accounts by phone or computer. With Personal Account Line, you can call anytime to get information on your account. myBRANCH, our computer branching service, lets you perform many credit union inquiries and transactions. Both these services are free. You must have a Share Draft Account to apply for Personal Account Line. Top

Automatic Payroll Deposit
If you are employed by a company with direct deposit capabilities, you can have your paycheck deposited directly into your BECU account. To find out if your company participates, contact your payroll office. Top

Courtesy Pay
In the event that you overdraw your share draft account, you are protected automatically by your share account and line of credit (if applicable).  If you overdraw your share draft account, and your share account and line of credit are not enough, you are protected by Courtesy Pay.  By having Courtesy Pay service, you can relax knowing you will never have to suffer the cost and embarrassment of bouncing a check. For members who are in good standing, are over 18, and have been members for at least 3 months, BECU will honor certain withdrawals and allow your account to go negative up to $500. Then, you can bring your account positive with your next deposit.  There is no monthly or annual fee for this service, and in the event that Courtesy Pay is used, the fee for each item honored is equivalent to the non-sufficient funds fee (currently $18.00).

Delay-A-Pay
With this service you may choose to skip a loan payment when you are on vacation, on leave, or any time you choose­­­­!  Simply speak with your BECU loan officer prior to skipping the loan payment, and we will take care of the rest.  There is no fee for this service, but interest on your loan will continue to accrue at the standard rate.  By law, this service cannot apply to Visa payments, or any loan secured by real estate.

Direct Deposit
You can arrange to have your Bowater retirement check, state and federal government checks, military pensions, etc., deposited directly into your BECU Share or Share Draft Account. Top

          Free discount vouchers available.  Each voucher allows you to purchase up to 4 adult discounted tickets and 4 youth discounted tickets.  2008 prices are:

        May 19 - Sept 5   Adult: $38     Youth (10-16): FREE
